STRUCTURE AND ROOMS
The village consists of two parts connected to each other by an underpass
pedestrian: Section A where the apartments are developed around a
central body which offers various services and Section B where the apartments are located
they enjoy a more private location but there are just as many
services. In Section A there are the Family Rooms and the E-type two-room apartments. The Family
Room are studio apartments on the first floor that can be booked in Hotel Formula
which can accommodate 2 to 4 people and which can be made up thanks to the furnishings
of two separate environments. They are equipped with: living room with corner
kitchen equipped with mini fridge, 2 electric hobs and microwave oven,
Color TV, double sofa bed, double bedroom and sofa bed, telephone
and private safe, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer,
two verandas, one of which is equipped for eating outside and the other is equipped
of clothesline. The two-room apartments type E are on the ground floor and can be booked in Formula
Hotel, and can accommodate from 2 to 5 people + 1 child 3-12 years old n.c..
They consist of: living room with kitchenette equipped with mini fridge,
2 electric hobs and microwave oven, color TV, double sofa bed
and wardrobe bed, double bedroom and sofa bed, telephone and safe
private security; bathroom with shower and hairdryer, equipped veranda
for eating outside and a second veranda with shower
outdoor and clothesline. All apartments have air conditioning
autonomous and reserved parking space. In Section B there are: Typical two-room apartments
A/C, Three-room apartments type AM/CM, Four-room apartments type B/D, all made with a high
degree of finishing and perfectly furnished and equipped with bathroom with shower, satellite TV
located in the living room, telephone, independent air conditioning, kitchen
equipped (also with fridge and microwave and electric oven), covered veranda
equipped for eating out too. The A/C two-room apartments can accommodate
for 2 to 4 people (ground floor/first floor) and consists of: Living room
with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, a
bathroom and covered and equipped veranda. The AM/CM three-room apartments with 3 to 6 beds (floor
ground/first floor) consist of: Living room with kitchenette and sofa
double bed, double bedroom and bedroom with bed and second
pull-out bed or bunk bed, a bathroom and covered and equipped veranda.
Finally, the four-room B/D apartments with 4 to 6 beds (ground floor/first floor) have: Living room
with kitchenette, double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with bed
and second pull-out bed or bunk bed, a bathroom and covered veranda and
equipped.
